Affiliation Terms & Conditions

These Affiliation Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation as an independent marketing partner within the Super Apps Growth Network supporting the Zer0 application ecosystem. By purchasing a task ticket, accessing the partner dashboard, or submitting promotion evidence payloads, you agree to remain strictly bound by these Terms.

1. Program Enrollment & Assigned Subdomains

To register as an independent affiliate partner, you must link a valid, active operational email address to your partner dashboard profile. Upon successful signup validation, the platform generates a unique tracking partner subdomain handle (e.g., @username_24rd) for attribution tracking purposes.

This auto-generated subdomain handle serves as your exclusive identification token across the growth network layer. It allows you to run community expansion campaigns while preserving your underlying personal identity footprints.

2. Task Matrix Ticket Pass Architecture

The Zer0 Affiliate Program functions using an access-tier model to maintain high network engagement quality and prevent bot manipulation. Partners unlock promotion task cards by securing an internal task tracking ticket pass.

  • Ticket Fee Scales: Access passes are priced dynamically between a minimum baseline of R9.99 and a maximum ceiling of R40.00 per individual task tracking card.
  • Non-Refundability: Ticket pass payments settle natively via secure platform transaction gateways. These token fees are strictly non-refundable once an affiliate task panel instance actively initializes.

3. Strict Privacy Guardrails & Legal Standards

MISSION-CRITICAL COMPLIANCE NOTICE: Super Apps maintains an absolute zero-tolerance framework regarding privacy violations. Affiliate partners operate under strict tracking regulations built to protect user confidentiality in accordance with international frameworks and local laws, such as the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa.

When completing community milestones (including chats, storefront creations, or image/video uploads), partners are strictly bound by the following prohibitions:

  • Zero Sensitive Disclosures: You must **NEVER** collect, store, capture, handle, or upload third-party sensitive personal information. This explicitly bars the collection of Government Identification Cards, passports, or banking documentation records.
  • No Unauthorized Media: You are strictly forbidden from capturing or submitting physical contact records, private conversation histories, or photographs/videos of third-party individuals without verifiable consent.
  • Anonymized Conversions: Milestone tracking rely exclusively on system-generated app subdomains. Any evidence payload revealing raw, unmasked individual profiles or sensitive bystander data will be permanently wiped from our systems instantly.

4. Evidence Specifications & Audit Circles

To qualify for promotional task payout rewards, partners must submit an evidence package proving successful milestone fulfillment through the designated platform target pipelines.

  • Evidence Package Criteria: Validation packages require unedited user interface screenshots capturing the completed application action alongside the assigned tracking subdomains of the participants involved.
  • Submission Targets: Proof points must route exclusively through the specified platform channel assigned to that task block—either directly in-app to the administrative handle @Zer0_sales, via our official partner WhatsApp network, or through dedicated affiliate tracking emails.
  • The 48-Hour Audit Window: Every submission undergoes parallel algorithmic telemetry matching and manual audit validation checks. Review procedures take up to 48 business hours from the moment of dispatch.

5. Payout Framework & Financial Settlements

Upon verification approval by our auditing core, task rewards scale dramatically up to R150.00 depending on the complexity tier of the tracking card initialized.

  • Wallet Accumulation: Approved earnings settle into your native application wallet container workspace.
  • Settlement Pipelines: Partners can execute direct balance extraction transfers from the app terminal into verified banking profiles or authorized digital payout routes once they clear standard internal threshold parameter balances.

6. Prohibited Growth Practices

Affiliate partners agree to market the platform transparently. The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated click-farms, emulator scripts, or malicious background macros to generate artificial profile interactions.
  • Distributing physical marketing materials, such as localized flyers, in areas where city bylaws prohibit flyer distribution, or posting materials on unauthorized public property.
  • Misrepresenting app functionalities, or promising users compensation outside of our formal program layouts.

7. Violations, Account Freezes, and Losses

Super Apps reserves the unilateral right to freeze, suspend, or permanently terminate your affiliate partner status without prior notice if an audit detects compliance manipulation or breach behavior.

Engaging in fraudulent actions, altering evidence screenshots, or violating the privacy standards set in Section 3 will result in an immediate profile lockdown. Upon an account freeze action, all accumulated wallet earnings, active ticket passes, and system subdomain allocations are permanently forfeited.

8. Independent Contractor Status & Liability Limits

Affiliate partners operate exclusively as independent marketing contractors. Participation does not establish an employment, joint venture, agency, or formal partnership status between you and Super Apps or Zer0 personnel.

You remain solely liable for your localized operations, advertising expenses, printing costs, and tax obligations. Super Apps provides this partner framework on an “as available” operational tier and assumes no liability for losses or disputes resulting from independent partner marketing activities.
