1. Overview
When you close an account with Zer0, we target complete extraction and erasure of identifiable records. We offer both automated self-service controls inside our user application interfaces and audited manual escalation queues managed directly by our technical safety teams for users who cannot access their live mobile nodes.
2. Option 1: Delete Your Account Instantly (Recommended)
If you have an active installation of the Zer0 software on your device, you can bypass manual verification queues and initialize an un-executable system removal sequence directly from your terminal in under one minute:
- Open the native Zer0 application framework on your mobile platform.
- Navigate the lower interface nodes to Publications → User.
- Tap directly on your active profile avatar image.
- Scroll to the absolute base bounds of the control drawer and tap “Delete Account!”
Once confirmed inside the environment, your structural database keys are scrubbed from active indexing and systematically slated for irreversible storage destruction.
3. Option 2: Request Deletion (Without Active App Access)
If you have lost access to your device, encountered security lockout states, or removed the mobile package from your operating system, you may submit an authenticated removal order through our off-platform communication links.
Option A: Email Infrastructure Pipeline
Submit a formal request directly to our platform administrators to begin identity mapping and database removal sequences.
Option B: Mobile Chat Core Assistance
Initiate a real-time secure communication thread with our localized customer support node in South Africa via WhatsApp routing blocks.
4. Deletion Timeline Metrics
Once requested via the in-app dashboard or authenticated manually by an engineer, profiles enter a fixed pipeline lifecycle:
- Processing Window: Data structures are cleared from real-time visibility and purged entirely from production systems within 1 to 5 business days.
- Backup Sync Cycle: Residual encrypted fragments distributed across isolated offline system disaster recovery clusters are completely overwritten within standard maintenance rotations.
5. Data Retention Exclusions
Please note that following full execution of your account closure, specific items cannot be instantaneously deleted if conservation is mandated by statutory regulation. Under relevant electronic financial and cyber-crime regulations, Zer0 is legally obligated to safely isolate and retain the following historical variables:
- Transactional accounting histories and immutable tax ledger footprints.
- Critical legal incident logs and evidence metrics linked to verified violations of our CSAE Protection protocols.
- System logs required by regulatory bodies to protect against institutional fraud or processing vulnerabilities.
These isolated variables stay strictly secured, inaccessible to any digital marketing arrays, and are completely deprecated once their legal retention lifespans conclude.
